Building Maintenance, Maintenance Worker
Substitute Custodian
Provide a clean, safe, positive environment for students, staff and the public. Salary: $19.87 per hour.
Reports to:
Facilities Director.
Qualifications:
High School Degree earned or equivalent experience. Licensure or licensure in progress a plus. Good physical condition, ability to work in confined areas (ie: boiler room) and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with no physical restrictions. Experience working with school district maintenance, procedures, methods and policies and the ability to properly instruct and oversee subordinates (ie: summer help).
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and appropriate dress and appearance. Personal attributes necessary for working within a team setting and creating an inviting and welcoming environment. Knowledge of computer programs and willingness to learn specific systems used within the district (ex: electronic maintenance request system). Detail oriented.
