Facility and Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the facility and production equipment, performing preventive and reactive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. Executes installation, troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and facility systems with an emphasis on safety and quality.

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment (e.g., Arburgs, Makino, EDMs, grinders, chillers).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on all equipment used in the facility.
• Maintain building infrastructure (structural damage, windows, doors, walls, light bulbs).
• Repair plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and address leaks, clogs or other issues.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas.
• Follow Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive solutions.

• Mechanical maintenance knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proficiency in using basic tools.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Time‑management and ability to execute tasks efficiently.
• Team‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Physical stamina for a full work shift and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing production equipment and performing facility repairs, preferably with injection molding machines, mills and EDMs.

• Prolonged standing at machines.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Visual acuity for inspections and reading electronic documentation.

Manufacturing setting requiring eye protection, hearing protection, gowning and sanitation for clean‑room work and exposure to varying weather conditions.
