We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Facilities Technician to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facility. This role is responsible for maintaining both interior and exterior building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.

• Perform landscaping and general upkeep of building exteriors
• Conduct cleaning and routine maintenance of interior office spaces
• Inspect, maintain, and replace interior and exterior electrical lighting components, including switches, outlets, and light bulbs
• Replace missing or damaged ceiling tiles and ceiling grid components
• Perform maintenance on drain pumps and drinking fountains; investigate and address leaks
• Order, pick up, deliver, and track inventory materials with proper documentation

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and follow maintenance and operational instructions
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Facilities maintenance and repair
• Janitorial and cleaning services
• Landscaping
• Plumbing
• HVAC systems

• Light HVAC experience preferred

• Company-issued phone upon direct hire
• Five company-provided uniforms
• Winter gear provided (coats, hats, and coveralls) during colder months
• Upon direct hire, employees receive:
• 2 personal days
• 4 sick days

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Rotating on-call duty once per month for emergency response to alarms and system failures
• On-call rotation runs Friday to Friday
• Time-and-a-half pay during on-call period
• Standard dress code includes company-issued uniforms

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Rochester, NY.
