Job Title: HVAC Sales Technician

You will meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs, recommend HVAC solutions, and provide estimates for new systems, delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the process.

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort needs.
• Develop and present tailored system recommendations and proposals.
• Explain product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
• Follow up with leads and close sales to meet monthly and annual goals.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and service outreach.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry awareness.

• Minimum of 2 years required of experience in HVAC or home services sales.
• Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and load calculations.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong time management.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Competitive pay – Ranging from $20-$40/hr. with opportunities for UNCAPPED commission based on experience and performance.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
