University of Rochester - 514 Intercampus Drive - Responsibilities:
Maintains building mechanical systems by inspection, performing prescribed maintenance tasks and reporting abnormal conditions.;
Performs all required inspections of building mechanical equipment and components, ensuring that equipment is in safe and efficient operating condition.;
Recommends alterations to equipment and changes in procedures to facilitate maintenance.;
Tests static and dynamic balance and vibration, current draw and temperatures; tests for leaks.;
Keeps records and makes reports of maintenance performed, condition of equipment, repairs needed, materials used and the like.
