Performs general heavy and light cleaning and housekeeping services in University buildings such as residence halls, hospital, administration/academic buildings, etc.;
Operates a variety of light or heavy duty housekeeping and floor maintenance machines and equipment to strip, wax and buff floors.;
Performs cleaning and disinfecting procedures by fogging rooms and washing floors, walls, furniture and fixtures with germicidal detergents.;
Takes down, washes and rehangs venetian blinds and screens; washes windows inside and outside.
