Job Description:

• Complete maintenance work orders and tenant service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical issues.
• Repair drywall, flooring, doors, locks, windows, and other building components.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Prepare apartments or spaces for new occupants, including painting and minor renovations.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure a safe and professional appearance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on larger projects and repairs.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience in facilities maintenance and building maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Light Electrical
• Light Plumbing

This is a permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
