Salary: $16.75/Hour Minimum Bargaining Unit ( for contracts):
Teamsters Contract Report Times: 6:30 a.m.

- 3:00 p.m. Work Year: 12 months (Saturday and Sunday) Daily

Minimum Requirements:

There are no education or experience qualifications for this position.

Desired

Qualifications:

Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position;
Ability to complete general cleaning tasks, move boxes and furniture, operate machinery used to maintain floors;
Ability to follow oral and written instructions;
Daily attendance is expected;
Working knowledge of building cleaning procedures, materials and equipment;
Working knowledge of cleaning agents and proper applications.

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
Wash, clean, dust, sanitize, mop, vacuum, and perform minor repairs within the school building;
Perform maintenance on quarry, terrazzo and wood flooring;
Strip and finish resilient tile floors;
Extract and shampoo carpets; perform spot removal;
Lawn care and sidewalk snow removal;
Other duties as required.
