Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Injection Molding

Location: Rochester, NY

Compensation: $20.66 - $38.33/hr (based on experience) + $3.00/hr shift differential

Schedule: 3rd Shift – Monday night through Saturday morning, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Must be available to train on 1st shift – M-F 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for 4‑6 weeks.

• Maintain optimal equipment performance by conducting routine inspections and proactive servicing of machinery and robotics.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and production disruptions.

• Perform maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems and robots.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on assigned machinery and facility equipment.
• Perform repairs efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety rules and consistently wear proper PPE.
• Maintain regular attendance during scheduled work hours.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical ability and skill set.
• Self‑motivated with own tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to recognize and recommend improvements to machine or cell layouts.
• Trade school, apprenticeship, or technical associate degree.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.

• Subject to a background check upon offer of employment.
• Work in a manufacturing environment that includes climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, heavy lifting, and high noise levels.
