Employment:
Full Time – Must be able to pass Federal Clearance and work outside in all conditions.

To perform routine manual tasks in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary conditions and appearance of assigned buildings following contract and quality control procedures.

• Cleans bathrooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and polishing.
• Empties and decontaminates trash containers.
• Dusts furniture and fixtures; performs dust mop and wet mop floors using industrial-size mops and/or machines.
• Washes blinds, windows and walls with prescribed solutions.
• Reports needs for minor building or equipment repairs to supervisor.
• Performs custodial related duties necessary to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions.
• Use proper body mechanics while performing tasks.
• Communicates appropriately with building tenants, staff and co-workers.
• Meets daily with Crew Leader to review assignments and check supplies.
• Meets with Vocational Readiness Counselor regularly to review performance objectives.
• Adheres to Company policies, Corporate Compliance Policies and the Code of Conduct.

• Ability to maintain professional appearance consistently.
• Must pass a government and local police background check.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques.
