The Facilities Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all exterior grounds and property areas to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment. This position supports the Facilities Department by performing ground maintenance and assisting with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred
1–3 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred
Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Experience with a zero turn and lawn equipment is preferred
Licensure/Certification- Valid NYS Driver's License preferred. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self as necessary.
