• One (1) year of housekeeping or assistance with household tasks for individuals at home and unable to perform these tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• 18 years of age or older
• Detail-oriented and friendly

• Cleaning & Maintenance.Perform home management tasks per the Housekeeping Plan of Care, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry and kitchen clean up; report any noted unsafe environmental conditions or changes in the patient's physical or mental behavior to the supervisor
• Communication.Demonstrate respect for the rights, dignity and self-worth of all participants, family members and co-workers at all times
• Documentation. Complete and submit activity sheets timely, neatly and accurately in accordance with documentation expectations
