We are seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to keep our facilities and job sites clean, organized, and running smoothly. You will be a vital support system for our team, taking on a variety of hands‑on physical tasks ranging from cleaning and organization to paint and project preparations.
Key Responsibilities- Site Cleanup & Sweeping:
Keep work areas, floors, and walkways clear of debris, trash, and hazards by routine sweeping and organizing. - Facility Maintenance:
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring common areas are tidy and safe. - Paint Prep:
Assist with preparing surfaces for painting or treatment. Cutting, sanding, organizing materials for the industrial paint team. - Organization:
Sort, arrange, and stock inventory, supplies, and tools in designated storage areas so equipment is always easy to locate. - Material Handling:
Load, unload, and safely transport materials and equipment as directed by the site supervisor. - General Assistance:
Support on‑site contractors and tradespeople with various manual tasks as needed to maintain project momentum. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and promptly report any hazards or maintenance needs.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous, fast‑paced manual labor for long periods.
- Capability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to understand and follow spoken instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is a major plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Pay: $20/hour
Hours:
2:30pm to 11pm
