University of Rochester - 514 Intercampus Drive - Responsibilities:
Operate light or heavy duty housekeeping and floor maintenance machines to strip, wax and buff floors;
Perform cleaning and disinfecting procedures using germicidal detergents;
Wash walls, ceilings, stairs, windows inside and outside; clean vents and light fixtures;
Move equipment and furniture up/down stairs; load trash into pickup vehicles; assist with storage and waste disposal;
Maintain cleanliness of storage closets and equipment; perform other custodial duties as assigned
