Performs scheduled inspections of building systems and equipment.;
Checks for leaks and mechanical vibration, regenerates water systems, reports abnormal conditions.;
Replaces belts, filters, lamps, fuses; resets circuit breakers; lubricates, cleans, paints, labels equipment.;
Keeps records and makes reports of daily work, emergency/service calls investigated, service rendered.;
Complies with safety regulations of the University and of local, state and federal agencies.
