Rochester, NY
ROC Property Managers and Top Lawn & Landscape are looking for a dependable, hard‑working Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a full‑time, year‑round position with steady work in property maintenance, apartment turnovers, landscaping, and snow operations.
We are looking for someone who can handle a fast‑paced environment, take pride in their work, and work independently when needed.
Job Responsibilities- Full apartment turns and unit renovations
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Preventative maintenance at residential properties
- Emergency maintenance calls
- Light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.
- Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
- Mulching, cleanups, trimming, and outdoor projects
- Snow plowing and salting during winter months
- Property inspections and miscellaneous maintenance tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, mowers, and equipment
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repairs
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Snow availability required during winter storms
- Property maintenance
