Position Details
Status: Full-Time
Schedule: Year‑round position with a flexible schedule based on club operations, including occasional mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation: $22.00‑$27.00 per hour depending on experience.
What You’ll DoPerform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout our 355-acre property and clubhouse.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general building systems.
Assist with remodeling projects, facility improvements, and seasonal maintenance.
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory while following all OSHA and workplace safety standards.
Work alongside outside contractors when necessary.
Respond to maintenance emergencies to help ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for members, guests, and fellow employees.
Help identify opportunities to improve facility operations and preventative maintenance programs.
Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, trades, or mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
Recent graduates of trade schools or candidates with strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or general building maintenance is a plus.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
