Location: City of Rochester
Casella Waste Systems, Inc. in Rochester, NY, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the shop team, supervise technicians, and ensure timely repair and upkeep of mechanical equipment used in daily operations.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fleet maintenance, strong leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to implement preventive maintenance and safety programs in a compliant, efficient way. A high school diploma and US work eligibility are required; CDL is desired.
