Your mission

• Hands‑on pipe fitting background with blueprint reading, plumbing code knowledge, and trade math
• Precision mindset—detail orientation and accuracy
• Strong communicator who collaborates well with clients and cross‑functional partners
• Physically capable of climbing/working at heights, entering confined spaces, and lifting/moving heavy items
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and all‑weather conditions
• English reading/writing; basic computer and communication proficiency
• Regular full‑time role on a 40‑hour day schedule; able to flex for overtime and occasional travel

We’ll challenge you with diverse builds and support you with coaching so you can expand responsibility fast.

Pay range: $27.00–$55.00 per hour depending on education and experience; eligible for the annual bonus plan and long‑term incentive plan.
