Work Schedule:
Wednesday Sunday; 7:00 am 3:30 pm

Join our Manufacturing Operations team and help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production environment. This role is responsible for custodial and sanitation services throughout manufacturing, warehouse, and clean room areas, ensuring facilities meet GMP, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize manufacturing, warehouse, and clean room environments.
  • Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, and waxing.
  • Remove waste and recyclables and support material handling activities.
  • Operate custodial equipment such as auto scrubbers, floor machines, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Safely handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents.
  • Complete required cleaning and sanitation documentation.
  • Support contamination control and housekeeping requirements in controlled environments.
  • Respond to spills and occasional blood borne pathogen (BBP) cleanup in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow all GMP, safety, and PPE requirements.
  • Work overtime, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • One to two years of custodial, manufacturing, industrial housekeeping, or clean room experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of health, hygiene, sanitation, and blood borne pathogen procedures is a plus.
  • Experience with hard floor maintenance and mechanized cleaning equipment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in manufacturing and clean room environments while wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, safety shoes, and clean room garments as required.

Tools & Equipment: Cleaning carts, mops, buckets, brooms, cleaning chemicals, compactors, auto floor scrubbers, rotary floor machines, pallet jacks, tow motors, forklifts, ladders, and man lifts.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.
