Winn Companies is seeking a Groundskeeper for Orchard Place Apartments, a 550-unit affordable housing community in Rochester, NY. You will perform landscaping tasks to maintain appearance and safety in line with owner and management expectations.
The position offers a standard full-time schedule, with a pay range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, equipment upkeep, weather-related snow/ice removal, and occasional indoor work during bad weather.
