Facilities Groundskeeper FT

The Facilities Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all exterior grounds and property areas to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment. This position supports the Facilities Department by performing ground maintenance and assisting with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed.

Minimum Education & Experience

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred

* 1-3 years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred

* Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment

* Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

* Strong work ethic and reliability

* Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team

* Experience with a zero turn and lawn equipment is preferred

Licensure/Certification

* Valid NYS Driver's License preferred. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self as necessary.
