Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join our team! If you have general maintenance knowledge, including electrical and plumbing experience, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you. As a Maintenance Tech, you will assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas, performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance, and being available to respond to emergency maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance Tasks:
  Assist with maintaining and upkeeping the facility, including painting resident rooms and other areas.

• Plumbing & Electrical:
  Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance as needed.

• Material Movement:
  Move materials and equipment between rooms and different areas of the facility as necessary.

• Emergency Response:
  Be available to respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed.

• Supervision:
  Work under the supervision of the Director of Maintenance to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  General maintenance knowledge, including experience with plumbing and electrical systems.

• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift and move at least 50 to 100 lbs.

• Work Schedule:
  
  Must be available to work one weekend per month.

• Team Player:
  Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

• Regulatory Compliance:
  Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.

• Emergency Response:
  Willingness to respond to emergency calls as required.
