Facilities Maintenance Technician

Complete maintenance work orders and tenant service requests in a timely manner.

Perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical issues.

Repair drywall, flooring, doors, locks, windows, and other building components.

Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Prepare apartments or spaces for new occupants, including painting and minor renovations.

Maintain grounds and common areas to ensure a safe and professional appearance.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors on larger projects and repairs.

Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Experience in facilities maintenance and building maintenance.

Knowledge of HVAC systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
