Position Title - HVAC Technician II

Job Responsibilities - 90% of time:
Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of all heating, cooling, refrigerating and ventilating equipment on campus. Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of the pneumatic and DDC building automation control systems. Responsible for the maintenance, operation and installation of kitchen equipment. Inspects work performed by outside contractors for adherence to plans & specifications as well as all federal, state and local codes.

Researches methods and materials required to complete assigned tasks. Responds to routine and emergency calls for repairs and service. Planning of assigned projects. 10% of time:
Assist other skill trades in daily activities and renovation projects.
