Conifer Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician for affordable housing in Rochester, NY. The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus and a schedule of Monday–Friday, 40 hours at pay rates of $23.00–$24.00 per hour.
You will perform routine and preventative maintenance across apartment communities and help keep residents safe and comfortable. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
