Rochester Commons Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in Rochester, NY.
Duties- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
- Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
- Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
- Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areasassistantanalysis
