Full-Time Residential & Commercial Cleaner

Adams Cleaning & Property Management is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Full-Time Residential, Commercial & Airbnb Cleaner to join our growing team in Rochester, New York.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, communicates professionally, and can consistently provide high-quality cleaning services.

• Clean residential homes, commercial properties, offices, Airbnb properties, and rental units
• Perform general cleaning, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, appliances, and interior surfaces
• Complete move-in, move-out, turnover, deep-cleaning, and property-cleanout assignments
• Make beds, replace linens, restock supplies, and prepare short-term rentals for arriving guests
• Follow company cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and client instructions
• Report property damage, missing supplies, maintenance concerns, or other issues immediately
• Properly use and maintain cleaning products, supplies, and equipment
• Arrive on time and complete assignments within the scheduled timeframe
• Maintain client privacy and protect confidential information, keys, entry codes, and property

• Dependable, honest, professional, and detail-oriented
• Previous residential, commercial, hotel, janitorial, or Airbnb cleaning experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong time-management and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning supplies
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to properties throughout the Rochester area
• Availability to work a flexible full-time schedule, which may include some weekends
• Must be willing to complete the company’s screening and onboarding requirements
