GO Car Wash is seeking a Facilities Leader to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of our car wash facilities. This hands-on role leads a dynamic team of technicians, driving preventive maintenance and ensuring uptime of conveyors, pumps, motors, sensors, and HVAC systems.
You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and safety programs, monitor KPIs, and align maintenance with business goals. A strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and CMMS is required.
