In this role, you will lead the maintenance operations of a multifamily residential community,supervisingmaintenance staff while ensuring the propertyremainssafe, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards. This position combines hands‑on maintenanceexpertisewith team leadership, preventive maintenance planning, and vendor management.

The pay range for this role is $30.00-$34.00 per hour. Additionally, the selected candidate will typically work:
Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role requires availability for on-call activity during off‑hours for urgent needs.

Please note that this is a temporary position which is not eligible for Winn benefits.

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members, ensuring high-quality work, productivity, and exceptional resident service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop maintenance staff while promoting safe work practices and accountability.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendor activities to ensuretimelycompletion of maintenance projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, building inspections, unit inspections, and curb appeal initiatives to preserve the property's physical assets.
• Perform and coordinate maintenance repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Review property inspection findings, obtain contractor bids, andassistwith capital improvement and maintenance projects.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• NYS Driver's License
• 3–5 years of apartment, property, facilities, or building maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• 1–3 years of supervisory, leadership, or team management experience.
• CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) certification preferred or required, as applicable.
• A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems for work order management, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse residents, team members, and vendors.
• Availability toparticipatein an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

• Vocational, trade school, or technical training.
• HVAC, asbestos, lead-based paint, EPA,orother industry-related certifications.
• Experience supervising maintenance operations in multifamily housing, affordable housing, or residential communities.
