Part Time Manual Labor ROCHESTER, NY, US

Salary Range: $17.00 To $17.00 Annually

Part-time Groundsperson for an Apartment Complex,
32 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8AM-1PM - year-round position, not seasonal

Maintains public and common areas of property in a clean, neat and attractive condition.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves
• Shoveling/Salting in the winter months. Extended working hours should be anticipated to meet seasonal issues.
• Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary
• Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements
• Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after
• Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A Valid driver's license and dependable transportation is required.
