Maintenance Technicians oversee the upkeep of facilities, vehicles, and grounds. This hands‑on role involves performing repairs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities Include- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor electrical work.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and address issues promptly.
- Coordinate external vendors and volunteers scheduling and work completion for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain fleet vehicles through inspections, service coordination, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes and maintain documentation for inspections.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in general building maintenance, facility repairs, groundskeeping, and related maintenance tasks are required.
- Mandatory attendance at a 4-day, 8am-4pm training program on the Home's trauma-informed care model within 6 months of hire
