Requirements:

• Previous custodial or janitorial experience
• Ability to walk and stand throughout most of the shift
• Knowledge of basic cleaning products and safety practices
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment

Job Duties:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Maintain offices, cubicles, classrooms, and common areas
• Collect trash and replace liners
• Sanitize desks, railings, and frequently touched surfaces
• Stage furniture and materials for events
• Operate cleaning tools and walk-behind floor scrubbers
• Clean stairways, hallways, and breakrooms

As a Custodian you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.
