Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building exteriors, grounds, amenities, and common areas in a Garden-style property. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards on an 8am-5pm schedule with rotating on-call duties.
The role includes completing make-ready work for vacant units, managing inventory, and assisting with cost-saving maintenance practices. EPA refrigerant certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
