Maintenance Technician Day Shift
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring maximum operational efficiency of production equipment and facility infrastructure. This role focuses on the planning, organization, and execution of the preventative maintenance (PM) program for industrial machinery, including roll formers, power folders, slitters, and forklifts. As part of the Cornerstone Building Brands team, the technician ensures a safe, high-performing environment while utilizing digital tools to track and optimize maintenance workflows.
Core responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on electrical systems up to 480v, safety leadership, preventative maintenance, digital integration using CMMS, facilities maintenance, project execution, and communication.
Qualifications include strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, experience working with 480v systems, proven experience repairing and maintaining industrial hydraulic systems, high proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of PLCs, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a can-do attitude.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, pushing, and walking. The work environment is in various weather conditions and in a moderate to loud industrial shop environment.
