Part time maintenance

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to support general upkeep and repairs across our facility. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and clean environment, and can respond efficiently to routine maintenance needs.

• Perform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and common areas.
• Complete minor repairs, basic troubleshooting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to help reduce equipment downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas, storage spaces, and surrounding facilities.
• Report safety concerns, damage, or major repair needs promptly.
• Support setup, adjustment, or movement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate progress on assigned tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and use tools and materials responsibly.

• Previous maintenance, repair, or custodial experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and common maintenance practices.
• Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform routine maintenance duties, including standing, lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
