What You'll Do:

• Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance to ensure buildings, equipment, and resident areas are safe and functional.
• Complete work orders and support unit renovations and changeovers with a focus on quality and timeliness.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate renovations/change orders with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Conduct inspections to identify and correct maintenance, safety, and environmental issues.
• Support regulatory surveys, compliance requirements, and plans of correction for life safety deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (required)
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or building operations (required)
• Experience with chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems is a plus
