The Rockford Housing Authority is looking for a dedicated maintenance worker to help with the upkeep of buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, conducting repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and assisting with preventative maintenance tasks.
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Illinois driver's license, have a background in building maintenance, and demonstrate the ability to lift heavy objects. Additional skills in plumbing and electrical processes are preferred.
