Position Type

Part‑time with on‑call availability for resident emergencies.

Pay Range
:

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and future residents.
• Complete resident work orders on a timely basis (24‑48 hour expectation).
• Perform routine maintenance of the physical integrity of the community, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
• Assist with court‑ordered “set‑outs” when necessary.
• Turn over units between residents per company standards (3‑5 days).
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Be responsive to on‑call emergencies.

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• HVAC training and certification preferred.
• Commitment to regular attendance, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Willingness to be on‑call for emergencies.
• Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications.
