RR Living is seeking an experienced general maintenance employee for their multifamily housing complex in the United States, Illinois. The position involves a wide range of responsibilities including make-ready maintenance, HVAC work, and grounds upkeep, all requiring a sound mechanical aptitude and human relation skills.
Ideal candidates should have at least two years of experience, certification in maintenance specialties preferred, and must be able to work independently as well as part of a professional team. Evening and weekend availability is also required.
