As a Repair Tech (Guitar) you will provide maintenance and repair services to customer-owned instruments and assist with store inventory maintenance, building business through excellent customer experience and quality work.

• Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments.
• Assist with maintenance of specific store inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service, connecting with customers, handling service issues.
• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Develop knowledge and skills across product, store operations, sales and leadership.
• Effectively train learners, communicating information and techniques for retention.

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
• Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
• Strong customer focus: approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, passionate.
