Repair Technician (Guitar) – OverviewAs a Repair Tech (Guitar) you will provide maintenance and repair services to customer-owned instruments and assist with store inventory maintenance, building business through excellent customer experience and quality work.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments.
- Assist with maintenance of specific store inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service, connecting with customers, handling service issues.
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Develop knowledge and skills across product, store operations, sales and leadership.
- Effectively train learners, communicating information and techniques for retention.
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
- Strong customer focus: approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, passionate.
