• Travel extensively to customer sites across the US and globally to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy‑duty vibratory equipment.
• Conduct thorough preventive maintenance inspections and provide on‑site training to ensure our customers get the most out of their machinery.
• Collaborate closely with our internal engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams by providing crucial feedback from the field.
• Act as a trusted advisor to our clients by recommending and promoting component part upgrades in a consultative, service‑first manner.
• Document all service activities, modifications, and safety observations meticulously to maintain our high standards of excellence.

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands‑on mechanical ability with a proven track record of solving complex technical problems.
• The willingness and physical ability to travel 80 to 90 percent of the time, including international trips lasting up to several weeks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• The ability to obtain a passport and a readiness to work in diverse, sometimes harsh industrial environments.
