Maintenance Manager, Emergency Crisis Mgmt/ Disaster Relief
The ideal candidate will have experience in several areas of airport maintenance including but not limited to: pavement maintenance, airfield lighting and markings, building maintenance, equipment maintenance, and groundskeeping. This position will primarily supervise second-shift employees.
Plans/schedules maintenance tasks/projects and assigns crews. Coordinates with airport tenants, customers, and the Operations Department to ensure minimal disruptions and adjusts for emergency and inclement weather responses.
Solves questions and problems in the field as they occur either through technical knowledge or by contact with outside technical support services.
Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of Airport processes and procedures; identifies and recommends alternatives to improve efficiency and compliance with all regulations.

Five years of supervisory experience in a maintenance of construction related field, airport experience is preferred.
