• Effectively execute the scheduled work order plan while adhering to allocated maintenance budgets
• Ensure optimal operations by meeting occupational health and safety (OHS) targets and controlling identified risks
• Manage maintenance employees and contractors under your responsibility, ensuring quality and efficiency of work
• Apply, maintain, and continuously improve reliability systems and processes
• Drive operational excellence by identifying issues and recommending solutions to management

• 2–5 years of experience managing a maintenance team, preferably in a union facility
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive engagement and gain buy-in from your team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage projects effectively while balancing scope, budgets, and deadlines
• Proficiency with technological tools, including SAP
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analysis
• Technical certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRL, MLT, MLA, IR, UT) are an asset
