Seasonal Part Time Facilities Clerk, Rockingham

As a Seasonal Facilities Clerk, you'll play an important role in keeping our property looking its best through general cleaning and light maintenance tasks. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work in a friendly, team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you bring to the team

* Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred

* Basic knowledge of hand tools and minor repair work

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

* Strong attention to detail

* A positive and team-oriented approach

* Ability to work independently

* Punctuality and reliability

Where We Are:

This job is performed in person at 657 Main Street, Weston VT 05161.

A Sampling of What You'll Do

* Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and work spaces

* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed

* Empty Trash and recycling bins

* Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment

* Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies

* Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor patching/painting

* Assist with basic plumbing fixes such as unclogging drains

* Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks

* Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or exterior upkeep

* Help with basic equipment or furniture setup/moves
