Floor Technician

Encompass Health seeks a detail-oriented Floor Technician to support our Facilities & Maintenance team in a busy inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this healthcare setting, you will perform specialized floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a safe, sanitary, and professional environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Working closely with nursing and environmental services, you'll follow strict infection-prevention and safety standards while operating and maintaining floor equipment.
