Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rd shift
- Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a 3rd shift
- Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $31-$40/hr based on experience

** Shift:
** Sun-Thurs 10:45pm-7am

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform diagnostics, planning, and execution of complex installations, repairs, modifications, and maintenance on equipment

+ Utilize electrical/controls proficiencies and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

+ Fabricate, repair, install, and maintain equipment using a broad range of hand tools, instruments, and machining techniques.

+ Diagnose and repair gas-fired ovens, burners, and associated regulation and control devices.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental standards through equipment validations, safety audits, and adherence to policies.

** What's Needed?*
* +

Experience with complex hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting using computer interfaces.

+ Ability to work from maintenance work orders, schematics, manuals, and drawings in accordance with codes and standards.

+ Proficiency in fabricating and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, fittings, pumps, motors, valves, and piping.

+ Strong understanding of safety practices, rigging, and equipment handling procedures.

+ Ability to perform all duties within the limitations of standard methods, adhering to HSE, quality, and productivity requirements.
