Responsible for completing all maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor.;
Perform general maintenance duties such as fixing wall coverings, fixing floor coverings, repairing furniture and fixtures, basic plumbing, minor electrical repairs, and appliance repairs.;
Assist with painting and refurbishing projects; perform minor building and equipment repairs.;
Conduct routine maintenance on all Sunrise vehicles as assigned; maintain tools and repair parts.;
Participate in all fire drills and the community's disaster preparedness program.
