Job‑Specific Expectations
  • Ensure used vehicles are properly merchandised and showcased on various dealer lots.
  • Coordinate with various vendors to ensure cosmetics reconditioning is completed in a timely manner.
  • Run Car Fax on all vehicles to verify integrity of condition.
  • Run condition reports for each vehicle.
  • Stock in all used vehicles in ACV and CDK.
  • Photograph vehicles and prepare descriptions for posting to internet.
  • Ensure that all used vehicles have proper stickers and buyer’s guides, etc.
  • Help maintain organization and presentation of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
  • Drive vehicles to sublets and fuel stations.
  • Create vehicle descriptions online for inventory listings.
