First Pointe Management Group is seeking a friendly, energetic Part Time Groundskeeper for our 157-unit apartment community in Rocklin, CA. You will assist with light painting, de-web corners, power-wash areas, and daily cleaning of common areas while representing the company with excellent customer service to residents.
Schedule:
Mon, Wed and Fri, 8am–5pm. Ideal candidate has six months of prior work experience and can read/write English; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; basic computer skills.
